Cocoon SDA Care is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider. We design and build customised specialist disability homes across Australia for people with extreme functional impairment and/or very high support needs that result from their disability. Our objective for every participant residing in our homes is to support them so they can continue to build their abilities, skills and capacity to participate in their local communities in a confident, secure, meaningful way.

At Cocoon, we believe in a person-centred approach, where every service plan is as unique as the individuals we support. Our experienced and compassionate team works closely with participants, families, and support networks to create environments encouraging growth, happiness, and autonomy.
